Yes. You just need to point your domain at your hosting. There are a few ways to do this but the recommended ways are to login to your domain name provider then change the DNS settings of the domain to either:

1) Use the nameservers of your hosting provider, OR

2) Add an 'A' record with the IP address of your hosting provider.

These DNS changes take about 24 hours to update. Something to be aware of though;

Whenever you try to change DNS settings, they usually say things like 'WARNING' and 'only change these settings if you know what you are doing' etc. This makes it all sound very scary and complicated, but it really isn't. The worst that can happen is that if you make a mistake, it may not work again until up to 24 hours after you correct it. If your site is live and has traffic, obviously that would be a problem, hence the warnings. But if your site is new and has no traffic yet, then that really shouldn't matter, so feel free to try things until it works.

Your hosting provider will also need to know the domain name you are using and will have somewhere for you to enter this.

Try not to forward from the domain name to the hosting via a frameset redirect as these are very bad for SEO (Search Engine Optimisation - getting ranked on Google). If you use the above method, this won't be a problem. Not all hosting providers allow this facility however, but the ones listed above do.
