Michael Jackson's Blog - Paedo... or not to be?!!

This is the unfortunate question that divides so many people. Personally I don't believe it for a minute but faced with so many so sure of his guilt I felt I had to dig a bit deeper. The most definitive article I found is this:

This clearly explains why and how he was victimised. This hatred projected on him is what I suspect slowly destroyed an amazing human being. And how wrong! But did he die for nothing or was there a reason? Maybe he died so we would see the error of our ways.

Let me explain; I was sitting in a park a while ago eating my breakfast when a little girl came and sat down on the bench next to me, smiling and swinging her legs. I smiled back. Then my immediate reaction was - Is anyone looking? Do they think I'm a paedo? Most men so far that I've recounted this story to have said they feel the same way. Apparently some parks in the UK are now patrolled for paedos such that as a man on your own, you may be asked to explain why exactly you are there and without good reason may be asked to leave.

I just think this paedo paranoia hysteria is in its sick way denying children the freedom to play outside and get normal exercise and life experience. And it's also stopping normal people feeling free to give them love, which is clearly lacking. Was MJ the ultimate personality to project and focus their hate upon? Or did he die to save us from the madness of this loss of love?

What's worse? A paedo - or a bunch of anti-paedophile vigilantes who've got the wrong person?

Yes MJ had a very close relationship with children, but that's good, not bad. To abuse a child is something only a very twisted and sick person could do. MJ was one of the most loving, generous and kind people ever to have lived who amongst other things gave an enormous amount of money to charity. And that's not to mention his incredible talent. Sick? Maybe in some ways. Twisted? Never!!

So both sides of the argument cannot both be right. How ashamed must those be who point the finger? Are they just jealous of his success?
